Features |
The SN75497 7-channel digit driver is similar to the SN75492 but with some key differences:
* Operates from lower Vcc voltages, as low as 2.7V
The SN75497 is preferred on designs running on 3 batteries and is typically found in designs without additional segment drivers (TMC0501).
* MOS- and TTL-compatible inputs
* Low standby power
