This MBO Junior manufactured in Germany is based on the KIT-calculator Mini 73 sold by Ellenberger Electronic AG.
MBO International Electronic GmbH, Jena was founded 1973 and could be called the first company producing calculators in Germany. Already in 1976 MBO started to place their brand on far-east OEM calculators, within the Datamath Calculator Museum you'll locate some Toshiba based designs:

According to fellow collector Frank Boehm this calculator was manufactured by DITTEL.
