The PS-2400 Databank stores 125 names and numbers in a 2k Byte memory.

The PS-2400 Databank features 4 useful functions:

The Telephone Directory stores names and telephone numbers
The Scheduler stores appointments, meeting times and reminders
A flexible clock with 12-hour AM/PM or 24-hour time showing day of week
A calculator with 10-digits display capacity

The display of the PS-2400 consists of one line for alphanumeric characters and one line supporting only numbers. The PS-2100 packaged the same specifications in a credit card sized housing. A more powerful Databank was introduced in the same year with the PS-3600. A similar housing was used even for a Translator, don't miss the PS-5400.

The PS-2400 roots back to the Mini Data Bank introduced in the year 1987. This powerful Databank stores 150 names and numbers in a single-chip microcontroller! The same chip scans the keyboard and drived the dot-matrix keyboard. Any ideas about other products with this hardware? Don't miss the Galaxy 67 !

Based on the PS-2400 in the year 1995 a new line of Databanks appeared: The compact PS-2000 and PS-2100+ and the similar sized PS-2400+

The PS-3010 uses a full QWERTY keyboard in a housing with the size of a credit card.

The PS-2400 is featured in the Texas Instruments Incorporated sales catalog CL-1233 dated 1994.
