Dismantling
this SOLAR Little Professor manufactured in July 1998 by
Nam Tai Electronics in China reveals a well known internal construction. We know
this type of design and even the housing from scientific calculators like the TI-36X
Solar. Please remember that the very first models of the Little Professor
family based on simple 4-functions calculators.
A very similar styling was used for the products manufactured
in Italy. Compare it here.
+++ UPDATE: The Little Professor is back! Texas Instruments
reintroduced this famous toy in September 2011 on some European countries.
