The TI-507+ continued the line of other cheap Basic calculators like the TI-501, TI-502 and the TI-507.
The TI-503+ lacks the solar cells but is otherwise identical. A similar design approach was used with the neat TI-1100+ introduced in 1996.
Compare this TI-507+ with the US-built TI-7140.
