This
second generation TI-306 makes use of smaller solar cells compared
to the original version.
Dismantling
this TI-306 manufactured in October 1988 by
Nam Tai Electronics in China
reveals a design 100% identical to its predecessor.
In 1989 the production
of a similar calculator was started in the USA and it appeared as TI-7200.
