The TI-1106 fits neatly into the TI-1103, TI-1104 and TI-1105 line. Nevertheless it is an unique calculator which combines the housing of the TI-1706 II with a [+/-] key instead the AC-key.
The rare TI-1106 introduced in 1987 is 100% identical with its famous sibling TI-108 and was sold as a "School Kit" in American Department Stores.
