This Datamath TI-2500B manufactured in Spain misses the place for one battery in the nice battery compartment on the bottom. Compared to the original TI-2500B which uses either 3 rechargeable NiCd batteries or 4 AA cells this one is a NiCd-only model.
Philippe Leckler reported recently a TI-2500B manufactured in Spain featuring the traditional battery compartment. Compare it here.
