This Speak & Spell Spanish Voice was manufactured in August 1981 by
Texas Instruments in Abilene, TX (Date code ATA 3581 » wk 35 yr 1981.

 The Speak & Spell Spanish Voice is powered with 4 C-sized batteries and sports an
expansion slot for plug-in modules.

The printed circuit board (PCB) of the Speak & Spell Spanish Voice looks familiar to us.

The PCB of the Speak & Spell Spanish Voice is centered around a TMC0271 Microcontroller,
a TMC0281 Voice Synthesis Processor (VSP), two TMC0350/CD2319 and TMC0350/CD2320
Voice Synthesis Memories (VSMs), and a small power supply and 9 character VF-Display.
