The PCB of this Speak & Read manufactured in April 1986 is centered
around a TMC0270/CD2705 Microcontroller, a TMC0280/CD2801 Voice Synthesis Processor (VSP), two TMC0350/CD2394 and TMC0350/CD2395 Voice Synthesis Memories (VSMs), and a small power supply and 9 character VF-Display.
