This cheap looking TI-35 PLUS introduced 1989 carries the same electronics as the stylish silver TI-35 PLUS. This calculator was replaced in end of the year 1991 with the TI-35X

That calculator lasted only 1 year before in the year 1993 Texas Instruments introduced a complete new family in a smoother housing:
