Cal-Comp Electronics in Taiwan (Date code C-0185 » mth 01 yr 1985).

 
The TI-30 III is powered by two LR44 batteries.

The printed circuit board (PCB) of the TI-30 III is centered around
a CD4565 single-chip calculator circuit from the TP0456 family.
