Compared
with the original Navtronic Explorer introduced in
the year 1983 this 1987 built Explorer feels cheaper.
The
thumbnail on the right gives you a comparison of the two models. The original
Explorer uses solid keys instead the later rubber keys and got the name in the
mold instead of a cheap sticker. The inside of the products shows the real
difference, the solid metal plate to support the keyboard was removed.
