The printed circuit board (PCB) of the Garrett 2002 is partly hidden by the
keyboard assembly. You'll notice already the two-chip architecture.

The clock function inside the Garrett 2002 is realized with the well known
National Semiconductor MM5317, the single-chip calculator circuit a MM5714.

Setting the Time, Date, Alarm, and Timer is a snap using the keyboard instead the
two push-buttons found on competitive calculator-clock combos.
