This early TI-85 with the Date code I-1092 was manufactured by
Inventec in Taiwan in October 1992 (Date code I-1092 » mth 10 yr 1992) . 

The PCB (printed circuit board) of this TI-85 manufactured  
in August 1992 looks very similar to the first TI-81 introduced in 1990.

The main components of this early TI-85: Toshiba T6A43 Application Specific CPU, Sharp LH531©1992ROM
and Suwa Seikosha SRM20256 RAM. 

This early TI-85 graphing calculator makes use of three display drivers :
Two T6A39 column drivers and one T6A40 row driver.
