This TI-Nspire CX EZ-Spot was manufactured in December 2014 by 
Inventec Corporation in China (Date code P-1214T » mth 12 yr 2014).

The backside of the TI-Nspire CX EZ-Spot features a 
cover to access the rechargeable battery.

The Li-ion battery of the TI-Nspire CX EZ-Spot.

The internal construction of the TI-Nspire CX EZ-Spot makes use of just two printed circuit boards (PCBs),
 one for the computing unit, color LC-Display and power supply and one for the keyboard.
 
The main PCB is connected to the color LC-Display.
 
The brain of the TI-Nspire CX EZ-Spot is actually a System-on-Chip based on Toshiba's ASIC technology. 

The memory of the TI-Nspire CX EZ-Spot is composed of a Multichip Package
with both the Flash-ROM and SDRAM combined.
