The sales box of the TI-1000 sold around 1977 in the US.

This TI-1000 was manufactured in September 1977 by
Texas Instruments in Lubbock, TX (Date code LTA 3877 wk 38 yr 1978.

This early TI-1000 uses a small printed circuit board (PCB) for the
main electronics connected to the keyboard assembly.

The PCB of this early TI-1000 is centered
around the TMS1991 single-chip calculator circuit.
