This TI-2200+ replaced the TI-2200 II Checkwriter introduced nine years earlier. The styling matches with the TI-1775+ and TI-307+ introduced in the same era.

The TI-2200+ Checkwriter sports 3 seperate memories to store account balances. A password protects the privacy of the balances.

A similar product was sold from Canon with the Checkbook III at least till 2003.
