This TI-2200+ replaced the TI-2200 II Checkwriter introduced nine years earlier. The styling matches with the TI-1775+ and TI-307+ introduced in the same era.
The TI-2200+ Checkwriter sports 3 seperate memories to store account balances. A password protects the privacy of the balances.
Dismantling
the TI-2200+ reveals a design very similiar to the original TI-2200
introduced 14 years earlier, even the solar cells are missing.
A similar product was sold from Canon with the Checkbook
III at least till 2003.
