This TI-2000 Time Manager was manufactured in October 1981 by
Texas Instruments in Abilene, TX (Date code ATA 4481 » wk 44 yr 1981. 

The LC-Display of the TI-2000 Time Manager adds some
segments to the usual layout to support some characters. 

The printed circuit board (PCB) of the TI-2000 accommodates
the CD4558 single-chip calculator circuit in a shrinked 40pin 
housing and an additional crystal (left from the IC).

(The CD4514 was discovered in an early LOGpit).

Just for reference the standard 28pin housing of TI.
(The TP0311 was discovered in a TI-1031).
